What You'll Do:
Carry out restorative nursing programs as assigned Assist residents with walking, transfers, range of motion, and strengthening exercises Encourage independence and active participation Accurately document resident progress Communicate changes or concerns to nursing staff Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members
