Travel CNA - Crescent City, CA We are actively hiring experienced Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) for a travel assignment in California . This is an excellent opportunity for CNAs seeking competitive travel pay, consistent full-time hours, and long-term potential in a respected healthcare facility. If you are a CNA looking to expand your clinical experience while working 8-hour shifts , this role offers both flexibility and stability, with the possibility of transitioning into a permanent position.
Position Details Schedule:
8-hour shifts 6-month contracts with extensions available
Pay:
Competitive travel CNA compensation (discussed during interview)
Payroll:
Weekly direct deposit Qualifications Active and unrestricted California CNA license (hard copy required) Minimum 1 year of CNA experience (Hard copy license is required) Current BLS certification (American Heart Association required) Valid Driver's License or Passport Strong patient care, observation, and documentation skills Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced healthcare environment Excellent communication and teamwork skills Must not require time off in the first 6 months of the contract Able to undergo and pass a background check and drug screen Must have reliable transportation to drive to work Up-to-date vaccinations or documentation status; must be willing to get a booster if needed Responsibilities Provide direct patient care , including bathing, grooming, feeding, mobility assistance, and hygiene support Monitor and document patient vital signs and overall condition Report changes in patient status promptly to nursing staff or supervisors Assist with patient comfort, safety, and well-being Collaborate with RNs, physicians, and the interdisciplinary team Follow facility policies, infection control standards, and HIPAA regulations Benefits Weekly pay via direct deposit No rotating schedule, set shift and 5 consecutive days Medical insurance and retirement plan available Consistent full-time schedule Supportive clinical environment Long-term and permanent placement potential #Workwolf
