Responsibilities Provide direct resident care including ADLs Assist with transfers, mobility, and repositioning Observe and report changes in resident condition Document care accurately and timely Follow infection control and safety protocols Work collaboratively with nursing and care teams Requirements Active California CNA certification Ability to work PM or NOC shifts Dependable attendance and strong work ethic Ability to perform physical duties of the role Preferred (Not Required) Skilled nursing or long-term care experience Experience with dementia care Position Details Full-Time PM and NOC shifts available 8-hour and 12-hour shift options Shift differential for NOC Pay increases based on experience Medical, dental, vision benefits Paid time off 401(k)
