Job Responsibilities Read and follow care plans to ensure proper care is being given to all clients and report any changes Respond to client's needs promptly and kindly while maintaining each client self-respect, personal dignity, personal safety and confidentiality Provide companionship and assistance with activities of daily living (ADL).

Assisting with personal care:

grooming, bathing, dressing, toileting, and incontinence issues Household errands: meal preparation, laundry, light housekeeping

Transportation:

driving clients to and from appointments/activities, and running errands.

Mobility assistance:

help clients getting in and out of wheelchairs, car or shower.
