  • Provide high-quality, resident-centered care while maintaining each resident's dignity and independence
  • Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility, and feeding
  • Monitor residents' physical and emotional well-being, reporting changes promptly to the licensed nursing staff
  • Respond quickly and professionally to resident call lights and requests
  • Assist with admissions, transfers, and discharges
  • Support residents during meals and encourage proper nutrition and hydration
  • Maintain accurate documentation of care provided
  • Foster positive relationships with residents, families, and fellow team members
  • Help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment What We Offer
