What You'll Do as a CNA As a Certified Nursing Assistant at Hemet Hills Post Acute, you'll be a vital part of our care team, helping residents with daily activities and supporting their journey to recovery.

Your responsibilities will include:

Assisting with bathing, dressing, eating, and mobility Monitoring and reporting changes in residents' conditions Providing compassionate companionship and emotional support Collaborating with RNs and other healthcare professionals Creating smiles and making someone's day—every day!
