shifts available Job Summary Meadowbrook Post Acute is seeking compassionate and dependable Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our team. The CNA provides direct patient care under the supervision of a licensed nurse and plays a vital role in promoting resident comfort, dignity, and quality of life. Responsibilities Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding Provide routine care such as vital signs, weights, and intake/output monitoring Answer call lights promptly and respond to resident needs in a timely manner Assist with transfers, repositioning, and ambulation using proper body mechanics Observe and report changes in residents' physical or mental condition to nursing staff Maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment for residents Provide emotional support and companionship to residents Follow infection control and safety procedures at all times Document care provided in accordance with facility policies Qualifications Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the State of California Current BLS/CPR certification preferred Previous experience in a skilled nursing facility or healthcare setting preferred Ability to work as part of a team and communicate effectively Compassionate, patient-centered approach to care Ability to handle physically demanding tasks, including lifting and transferring residents Benefits Competitive pay Health, dental, and vision insurance (for full-time employees) Paid time off (PTO) Flexible scheduling Opportunities for growth and advancement Why Join Us?
