Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) San Jacinto Valley Post‑Acute | San Jacinto, CA San Jacinto Post‑Acute is currently seeking dedicated and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our skilled nursing team. This is an excellent opportunity for CNAs who are passionate about resident‑centered care and want to work in a supportive, team‑oriented environment.

Full‑Time and Part‑Time opportunities available
Pay Range:
$18.50 - $21.00 per hour, DOE Key Responsibilities Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, toileting, grooming, and mobility Measure and record vital signs Provide comfort, safety, and emotional support to residents Observe and report changes in residents' condition to nursing staff Maintain a clean, safe, and respectful care environment Collaborate with nursing and interdisciplinary teams to deliver high‑quality care Qualifications Current California CNA certification in good standing Prior skilled nursing or long‑term care experience preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced environment Compassionate, dependable, and resident‑focused approach Why Join San Jacinto Post‑Acute?
