In this vital role, you will help enhance the quality of life for resident by delivering personalized care, ensuring safety, and fostering a warm, respectful environment. Your efforts will directly impact the well-being and independence of those you serve, making a meaningful difference every day. Duties Assist resident with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support using tools like Hoyer lifts when necessary Monitor patient' vital signs and observe their condition closely to detect any changes that require attention Administer medications accurately following care plans and maintain detailed documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations Perform light housekeeping duties including cleaning resident areas to maintain a hygienic living space Skills Proven experience in home health, assisted living, or long-term care environments with knowledge of patient observation and monitoring techniques Strong understanding of care plans, medication administration, and HIPAA compliance standards Certifications such as CPR, First Aid, and skills in emergency response are highly valued Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities, autism, or dementia enhances your ability to provide specialized support Ability to perform heavy lifting safely using equipment like Hoyer lifts when required Excellent communication skills for collaborating with healthcare teams and family members Compassionate attitude combined with patience and respect for residents' dignity and independence Join us if you're passionate about making a positive impact through dedicated caregiving!
