00 per hour DOE Join Our Caring Team Desert Springs Post Acute, soon to be known as Willow Springs Healthcare Center , is seeking compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our team. Position Summary The Certified Nursing Assistant provides direct resident care and assistance with activities of daily living while supporting the nursing team in delivering quality care that promotes dignity, comfort, safety, and independence. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding Answer call lights promptly and provide compassionate resident care Assist residents with transfers, repositioning, ambulation, and mobility needs Obtain and document vital signs, weights, intake and output, and other assigned observations Observe residents and promptly report changes in condition to the licensed nursing staff Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with facility policies and regulatory requirements Promote resident dignity, privacy, comfort, and safety at all times Maintain a clean, organized, and safe resident environment Collaborate with nurses, therapists, physicians, and other interdisciplinary team members Qualifications Current California Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification required Current CPR/BLS certification preferred Previous skilled nursing or long-term care experience preferred but not required Strong communication and interpersonal skills Compassionate, dependable, and resident-focused approach to care Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment Benefits Eligible employees may enjoy: Competitive compensation Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance Paid Time Off 401(k) Employee Assistance Program Continuing education and training opportunities Career growth and advancement opportunities Supportive and collaborative work environment Why Join Us?
