Support patients with complex needs such as dementia or Alzheimer's disease through specialized memory care techniques and behavioral health strategies. Assist in patient transfers utilizing safe transfer methods and equipment to prevent injury for both patients and staff. Requirements Valid licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN), Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), or certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), depending on the role. Knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, physiology, and aseptic techniques essential for delivering safe patient care. Experience working with diverse populations including individuals with disabilities or developmental disorders. Ability to perform heavy lifting safely using proper manual handling practices; physical stamina to stand or walk for extended periods. Current certification in CPR/BLS.
