Must have prior experience providing in-home care as a CNA/LVN for quadriplegic patient and be willing to sign up with IIHSS Experienced CNA or pre-licensed LVN to care for bedbound sweet young man recovering from a traumatic brain injury and fulfill his activities of daily living. Must be caring with keen attention to details and a strong ability to connect with others non-verbally. This patient is nonverbal and is beginning to use his voice again and has an augmentative communication device that he uses to speak with. . This is an opportunity to assist a young adult recover, he is improving day by day, and you can be part of this process. Engaging with the patient is a key component of this role and by promoting his recovery through the connections he makes with people around him. Must be willing to form a strong bond and relationship with him. Looking for long-term key players in for the long haul and to become part of the family.

$29.05 - $34.98 per hour
