Home Setting ```

Duties:

• Assist patients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Monitor and record vital signs, such as temperature, blood pressure, and pulse
• Provide basic nursing care, such as wound care and medication administration
• Assist with mobility and transferring patients
• Document patient information accurately and maintain patient confidentiality
• Collaborate with family to ensure quality patient care
• Provide emotional support to patients and their families Requirements
• Previous experience in childcare, working with people with developmental disabilities, senior care, patient care, or related fields is preferred.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to travel to different locations as needed.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Completion of a state-approved nursing assistant training program
• Current certification as a Nursing Assistant (CNA) or
• Experience in acute care, pediatrics, memory care, or senior care preferred
• Knowledge of medical terminology and anatomy
• Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and patient privacy guidelines
• Ability to ventilate patients if necessary
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
