Home Setting ```Duties:
- Assist patients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Monitor and record vital signs, such as temperature, blood pressure, and pulse
- Provide basic nursing care, such as wound care and medication administration
- Assist with mobility and transferring patients
- Document patient information accurately and maintain patient confidentiality
- Collaborate with family to ensure quality patient care
- Provide emotional support to patients and their families Requirements
- Previous experience in childcare, working with people with developmental disabilities, senior care, patient care, or related fields is preferred.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to travel to different locations as needed.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Completion of a state-approved nursing assistant training program
- Current certification as a Nursing Assistant (CNA) or
- Experience in acute care, pediatrics, memory care, or senior care preferred
- Knowledge of medical terminology and anatomy
- Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and patient privacy guidelines
- Ability to ventilate patients if necessary
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
