CNA - Certified Nursing Assistant Danville Post-Acute Rehab currently is currently looking for full-time and part-time Certified Nursing Assistants for Noc. Danville Post-Acute Rehab is a 49-bed, 5 Star Facility, short-term rehabilitation facility located in Danville, California. We are accepting applications for the position of Certified Nursing Assistant. Our company culture centers on a passion for outstanding regulatory compliance and noteworthy customer service! We are looking for experienced Certified Nursing Assistant with a proven track record of success. The ideal candidate will be a seasoned leader with excellent clinical skills and a "hands on" approach to teaching and leadership skills. Communication skills are vital to the success of this position. We are looking for a leader who is compassionate and intelligent, who enjoys working with short-term rehabilitation patients and leading a team of skilled professionals. If you enjoy working in a post-acute environment, with a large population of short-term patients, (many admissions and discharges a week) and you have a sincere and honest approach to impressive patient care combined with excellent clinical and people skills; and if you can really pay attention to detail, we welcome your application.
Requirements:
Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States Must be a CNA, licensed in the state of CA and have a current license that can be verified through state and federal board review. Experience as a CNA in a long term care setting is preferred and must have a proven track record of regulatory compliance. We offer excellent pay based on your personal experience and past performance. (These benefits pertain only to the full time position. On-call staff is not entitled to benefits).
