Duties Assist patients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility using equipment like Hoyer lifts and other assistive devices Monitor vital signs including blood pressure, pulse, respiration, and temperature; document findings accurately in EMR (Electronic Medical Records) systems such as Point Click Care Support medication administration under supervision, ensuring proper protocols are followed in accordance with HIPAA regulations and aseptic techniques Provide specialized care for patients with dementia or Alzheimer's disease, including memory care strategies and behavioral health support Maintain medical records meticulously, ensuring compliance with healthcare standards and confidentiality requirements Skills Proven experience working in diverse healthcare environments such as hospitals, nursing homes, assisted living facilities, or outpatient clinics Strong knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, physiology, and patient safety protocols including basic life support (BLS) and infection control practices Familiarity with EMR/EHR systems like Point Click Care Experience caring for individuals with developmental disabilities or behavioral health needs; skilled in dementia and memory care techniques Excellent caregiving skills combined with patience and empathy to work effectively with children and seniors alike Join us to be part of a compassionate team committed to elevating patient care through energy-driven service delivery.
