We are currently seeking Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our team of dedicated healthcare professionals. As a CNA at Redwood Cove, you will play a crucial role in providing direct care to our residents under the supervision of licensed nurses. This is an excellent opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of seniors while gaining valuable experience in the healthcare field.
Responsibilities:
Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting Provide emotional support and companionship to residents Help residents with mobility and transfers Assist with mealtime activities and feeding as needed Document resident care activities and report any changes in resident condition to the nursing staff Adhere to all facility policies and procedures to ensure the safety and well-being of residents
Qualifications:
Valid certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in the state of California Previous experience in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility preferred Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to work effectively as part of a team Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening
