Visalia, CA Pay Range:
$17.50- 18.
- Competitive pay: $18.00

- Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and oral care
- Assist with lifting, turning, repositioning, transferring, and transporting residents
- Measure and record vital signs, weights, and intake/output as directed
- Observe and report changes in resident condition to licensed nursing staff
- Answer resident call lights promptly and courteously
- Assist residents during meals and monitor food and fluid intake
- Maintain resident dignity, privacy, and comfort at all times
- Document care provided accurately and timely
- Follow infection control and safety protocols
- Assist with admissions, transfers, and discharges
- Participate in restorative and rehabilitative programs as directed
- Maintain confidentiality of resident information and comply with HIPAA regulations
- Report accidents, incidents, abuse concerns, or safety hazards immediately Qualifications Education & Experience
- Minimum 10th-grade education required
- Previous skilled nursing or long-term care experience preferred Licenses & Certifications
- Current California Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certificat.
