Provide emotional support and effective communication tailored to patients' cognitive levels, including those with dementia or developmental disabilities. Qualifications Valid certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) from an accredited program. Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and adhere to safe lifting practices during patient transfers or manual handling tasks. Excellent caregiver communication skills with the ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary teams in fast-paced environments like ICU, emergency medicine, or hospital settings.
