The ideal candidate will be comfortable communicating with residents and handling physical tasks alone. The right individual will be acutely aware of the challenges faced by elderly individuals and will seek to provide a safe, affordable and comfortable living environment.

Responsibilities:

Observe patients and report any changes in their condition to staff. Assist other medical staff with general nursing duties (such as bathing, grooming, and feeding patients); Observe and report changes in patient's condition to nursing staff. Provide personal care (such as helping patients eat meals, hygiene); Encourage and assist patients in physical rehabilitation programs. Assist residents with daily living activities, such as bathing and grooming. Treat residents with respect. Clean residents' rooms and bathrooms.
