Night (3x12) 36hrs per week Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to: Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding. Measure and record vital signs such as temperature, pulse, blood pressure, respiration, and oxygen saturation. Assist patients with mobility, transfers, ambulation, and range-of-motion exercises. Turn and reposition patients to prevent pressure injuries and maintain comfort. Observe patients' physical and emotional conditions and promptly report changes to the nursing staff. Assist with meal preparation, feeding, and monitoring food and fluid intake. Maintain accurate documentation of patient care and daily activities. Provide catheter, incontinence, and personal hygiene care while preserving patient dignity. Collect specimens such as urine or stool as directed.
