Overview We are seeking compassionate and skilled Certified Nursing Assistants to join our dynamic healthcare team. In this role, you will deliver high-quality patient care across various settings, including long-term care, short-term rehabilitation and memory care,. Your expertise will help ensure our residents receive personalized, respectful, and comprehensive nursing services. Rate of Pay $23.00 - $25.00 based on years licensed $2.00 an hour shift differential when working 6pm-6:30am shift. • Previous experience in a healthcare setting is preferred
• Must be able to speak, read, write, and understand English
• Must possess the ability to deal tactfully with patients, family members, visitors, staff, and the general public
• Must be willing to undergo a criminal background check
• Must possess a current Colorado State Certified Nursing Assistant Certification Responsibilities
• Provide quality care to patients
• Follow and contribute to care plans
• Attend to individual patient needs and activities of daily living
• Maintain comfort, privacy and dignity
• Maintain a safe and clean environment
• Observe patients for changes in condition and report to the nurse.
• Promptly respond to patient needs.
• Lift, move, and transport patients.
