We offer a wide range of services, including Primary Care, Women's Health, Men's Health, Psychiatric Care, and Wellness. Redwood is growing and opening two new clinics in the Highlands / Highlands Ranch area at the beginning of 2027. We are seeking to hire several experienced Nurse Practioner and Physician Assistant roles. At this time, we are seeking applications for those having at least two years experience in either specialty care or primary care. We are targeting the new clinic to open in March 2027. The APP will provide Primary Care services to our adult population. Redwood offer traditional primary care, acute care, psychiatric care, and specialized men's and women's health. Key Responsibilities :
Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including history taking, physical examinations, and review of diagnostic tests. Diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses, as well as injuries. Develop and implement treatment plans in consultation with supervising physicians. Prescribe medications and therapies in accordance with state laws and regulations. Order and interpret diagnostic tests, including laboratory work and imaging. Educate patients and their families on health conditions, preventive care, and treatment options. Collaborate with healthcare teams to coordinate patient care and ensure continuity. Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in the electronic medical record (EMR) system. Follow up with patients regarding their progress, treatment response, and follow-up appointments. Participate in quality improvement initiatives and continuing education to maintain professional competency.
Qualifications :
Master's degree in Family Medicine or Physician Assistant from an accredited program. Current state licensure in CO as a Nurse Practioner or Physician Assistant Appropriate Certification DEA Registration Prior experience in a clinical setting preferred. Strong knowledge of medical practices, procedures, and regulations. Excellent communication, teamwork, and patient management skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team. Proficient in the use of electronic health records (EHR) systems. ECW a huge plus!
