We are looking for compassionate, dependable caregivers who are passionate about providing exceptional care to our residents while working alongside a supportive nursing team. What You'll Do As a Certified Nursing Assistant, you'll help our residents maintain their dignity, comfort, and quality of life by: Assisting with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating, and mobility. Safely transferring residents using equipment such as Hoyer lifts when needed. Taking and documenting vital signs while reporting changes in resident condition to the nursing team. Providing compassionate care for residents with dementia, Alzheimer's disease, and other age-related conditions. Encouraging resident independence while offering support, companionship, and respect. Maintaining accurate documentation and following HIPAA guidelines. Working collaboratively with nurses, therapists, and fellow caregivers to provide outstanding resident care. What We're Looking For Current Colorado CNA certification (Required) At least 18 years of age A positive attitude and strong work ethic Excellent communication and teamwork skills Compassion, patience, and a genuine desire to care for others Long-term care experience is preferred, but we welcome motivated new CNAs who are eager to learn.
