Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) - NOC Shift Larchwood Health and Rehabilitation Larchwood Health and Rehabilitation is seeking compassionate, dependable, and hardworking Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our team. If you are passionate about providing exceptional care and making a meaningful difference in the lives of seniors, we would love to meet you. As a CNA, you will play a vital role in supporting residents with their daily care needs while helping create a safe, comfortable, and welcoming environment. CNAs assist with activities of daily living, monitor residents, and work closely with the nursing team to ensure the highest quality of care.
Responsibilities:
Assist residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and other daily activities Help residents with mobility, transfers, and ambulation Take and record vital signs Observe and report changes in resident condition to licensed nursing staff Assist with meals and hydration Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents Provide compassionate, resident-centered care while preserving dignity and independence
Qualifications:
Current CNA certification Active CPR certification preferred Strong communication and teamwork skills Compassionate and resident-focused attitude Ability to work in a fast-paced healthcare environment
