Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Sign-On Bonus | In-Home Care SummitWest Care | Mesa County, CO Full-Time or Part-Time $19.00-$24.00/hour (DOE) $1,500 Sign-On Bonus $750 paid after 90 days of employment and $750 paid after 1 year of employment Build Connections. SummitWest Care is a local nonprofit home care agency seeking compassionate Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to provide in-home support to clients throughout Mesa County. Home care offers a unique opportunity to spend meaningful time with the people you serve. Rather than caring for multiple residents in a facility setting, you'll provide individualized care in clients' homes, helping them remain safe, comfortable, and independent. Whether you're a seasoned CNA or newly certified, we'd love to talk to you! Responsibilities Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and hygiene Support mobility, transfers, positioning, and safe ambulation Monitor for changes in condition, communicate concerns Provide companionship and encourage social engagement Assist with light housekeeping and household support tasks Follow individualized care plans and established care instructions Document care provided Qualifications Current Colorado Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification Valid driver's license, dependable transportation, current auto insurance Compassionate, reliable, professional Strong communication, observation, and documentation Ability to work independently and communicate Experience in home care, assisted living, long-term care, hospice, or other health settings is not required.
