Travel Assignment | Holyoke, CO GLC Group is seeking an experienced Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for a 6-week Long-Term Care (LTC) travel assignment in Holyoke, CO. This position offers 5x8 evening shifts with 40 guaranteed hours per week.

$1,156 Responsibilities Provide compassionate, hands-on care to residents in a long-term care setting Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility Monitor and report changes in residents' conditions to the nursing team Assist with vital signs and routine patient care Maintain accurate and timely documentation Promote resident safety, comfort, dignity, and independence Collaborate with nurses and other healthcare professionals to provide quality care Requirements Must have a current and active CNA certification in Colorado Must have 1 year of recent LTC experience Must have valid

BLS/CPR COVID

Vaccine or COVID Exemption Letter Recent PPD and Physical Exam within the last 12 months

Pay:

$1,156.00 per week
