What You'll Do You'll provide hands-on patient care and clinical support under the direction of medical providers and the nursing team. In this role, you'll help ensure patients receive compassionate care, accurate assessments, and appropriate follow-up throughout their healthcare experience. Welcome patients, manage check-in, answer multi-line phones, and direct calls and messages appropriately. Assist patients with activities of daily care while promoting comfort, safety, and dignity. Obtain vital signs, perform assigned procedures, and support providers with patient care needs. Communicate with patients regarding questions, concerns, and care instructions. Support the nursing team by completing clinical tasks and maintaining efficient patient flow. Follow healthcare policies, procedures, and public health guidelines while contributing to a positive team environment. Performs a variety of tasks and other duties as assigned Who We're Looking For We're looking for a skilled and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant who is dedicated to providing excellent patient care while supporting providers and the nursing team. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and able to communicate effectively while managing multiple priorities in a clinical setting. Current DORA Colorado Certified Nurse Aide license required; completion of Medical Terminology coursework and two years of patient care experience preferred. Current American Heart Association approved BLS certification required upon hire and maintained throughout employment. Strong clinical skills, including assisting with patient care, obtaining vital signs, and accurately documenting information. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively as part of a healthcare team. Comfortable learning and utilizing electronic health record systems and other healthcare technology. What We Offer Our total rewards package includes: Pay range: $20.43
  • $25.
52/ hour (based on experience)
Shift Differentials:
$2
  • 4/ hour for nights and weekends
PRN Differential:
10% differential in addition to base rate salary
