This is a consistent case with established hours and a clearly defined plan of care. The ideal caregiver is attentive, patient and confident providing personal care and performing transfers with an electric Hoyer lift. Clear communication and careful adherence to the client's care plan are essential.

Available Schedule Mondays:

9:00 AM to 5:00

PM Wednesdays:

9:00 AM to 5:00

PM Thursdays:

9:00 AM to 9:00

PM Fridays:

3:00 PM to 9:00

PM Saturdays:

9:00 AM to 9:00

PM Sundays:

Caregiver Responsibilities Assist with bathing, shower-chair use, grooming, hygiene and dressing Perform transfers safely using an electric Hoyer lift Explain care activities and communicate clearly throughout each task Provide meal setup and assistance according to the established care plan Follow required instructions for texture-modified foods and thickened liquids Closely supervise meals and fluid intake and follow all swallowing and aspiration-safety precautions Provide medication reminders or permitted assistance with pre-prepared medications in accordance with the care plan, agency policy and applicable law Assist with mobility, positioning and other activities of daily living Observe and promptly report changes, concerns or unusual conditions Maintain accurate care documentation Promote the client's dignity, comfort, independence and safety Maintain confidentiality and protect all client information Qualifications Previous professional caregiving, home care, personal care or direct-care experience Hands-on experience using an electric Hoyer lift strongly preferred CNA, HHA or PCA experience welcomed Comfortable providing hands-on personal care and meal-time supervision Able to follow detailed care instructions and safety protocols consistently Dependable transportation and the ability to report to scheduled shifts on time Strong communication, patience and observational skills Ability to satisfy all applicable employment, background and agency requirements Ability to perform the position's essential functions, with or without reasonable accommodation If you are a reliable and compassionate caregiver with personal-care and Hoyer-lift experience, we encourage you to apply.
