Responsibilities:
Assist residents with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming, ensuring their comfort and dignity Provide vital signs and reports any changes to the healthcare team Assist with medication administration and management Maintain accurate and timely records of resident care and progress Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement personalized care plans Promote a safe and respectful environment for residents, visitors, and staff
Requirements:
Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the state of Connecticut High school diploma or equivalent required Ability to work evening shifts, including weekends and holidays Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to lift and transfer residents as needed Familiarity with rehabilitation and nursing protocols and procedures
