Job Description
What You'll Do:
- Assist with ADLs including bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and personal care
- Follow Individualized Service Plans (ISP) and document changes
- Promote safety, dignity, and independence
- Engage residents through conversation and daily activities
- Support dining services and maintain a clean, welcoming environment
- Communicate effectively with families and care leaders
- In Memory Care, create enriching experiences for residents with memory loss
What We're Looking For:
- High School Diploma/GED; age 18+
- CPR/First Aid (or ability to obtain)
