LifeWorx Home Care is hiring compassionate and dependable Caregivers and Companions to provide exceptional in-home care for older adults in and around the Fairfield, CT area. If you're dedicated to delivering high-quality care and companionship, we'd love to have you join our team! Duties Assist patients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility support using patient transfer methods. Provide specialized care for clients with dementia or Alzheimer's disease, including memory care techniques and managing behavioral challenges compassionately. Maintain a clean and safe environment by assisting with laundry, cleaning, meal preparation, and ensuring infection control protocols are followed. Communicate effectively with clients, family members and office team. Drive client to appointments Provide companionship and emotional support

Requirements:

Work authorization

Home Care:

2 years experience (Required) References of at least 2 years from in-home clients, of whom you've personally cared for /Personal and Agency references will not be accepted/ (required) Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle (no exceptions)

HHA/CNA/PCA
