What You'll Need:

Experience:

Prior private duty caregiving or home health experience is desired. Bring compassion and a genuine desire to serve seniors, we provide the training.

Resident-focused care:

Ability to meet residents' physical and emotional needs.

Physical ability:

Able to lift, stoop, carry, turn, assist high-risk residents, lift and/or carry 50-75 pounds, and remain active throughout the workday.

Flexible availability:

Available to work weekends as needed to support continuous resident care.

One-year commitment:

Agree to work full-time for Commonwealth Senior Living for at least one year after certification or reimburse the company for the training cost.
