Duties Greet guests warmly and guide them through the menu, offering personalized recommendations on food, cocktails, wine, and craft beers Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, spirits, wine, and non-alcoholic options, ensuring consistency with established recipes and presentation standards Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process orders accurately and efficiently while handling cash transactions with precision Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area and dining space in compliance with food safety standards Manage multiple tables or bar stations simultaneously through effective time management and prioritization skills Develop new beverage recipes and contribute to menu updates based on customer preferences and current trends in mixology and brewing Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders, supporting overall restaurant operations Qualifications Proven experience in food service, bartending, or hospitality industry roles, preferably in fine dining or nightclub settings Strong knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS; experience with cash handling and cashiering is essential Expertise in mixology, spirits, wine knowledge, beverage recipe development, and craft beer experience Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly while maintaining professionalism under pressure Familiarity with food safety protocols and proper sanitation practices in a restaurant environment Ability to manage time effectively during busy shifts while delivering high-quality service Basic math skills for processing transactions accurately and understanding retail math concepts Experience with catering or banquet service is a plus; familiarity with bar management is advantageous Knowledge of alcohol laws, beverage regulations, and responsible alcohol service practices Embark on a rewarding journey where your passion for hospitality makes every guest feel special!
