We are currently hiring for the following positions open in our Assisted Living/Memory care: Full-Time CNA

• 32 hours a week working every other weekend and weekdays. 2:30 PM
• 11:00 PM Part-Time CNA
• 8 hours a week working every other weekend 6:30 AM
• 3:00 PM Part-Time CNA 8 hours a week working every other weekend 2:30 PM
• 11:00 Pm As a CNA, you will play a vital role in supporting residents' independence, comfort, dignity, and quality of life within our Assisted Living and Memory Care community.

What You'll Do Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting. Provide compassionate care while promoting resident independence. Take vital signs and observe changes in resident condition. Assist residents with meals, laundry, room organization, and other supportive services. Escort residents to meals, activities, appointments, and community events. Respond promptly to resident call systems and requests for assistance. Maintain accurate documentation and communicate resident needs to nursing leadership. Support a warm, engaging, and resident-centered environment. Qualifications Current Connecticut CNA certification required. Strong communication and customer service skills. Compassionate, dependable, and committed to quality resident care. Ability to work collaboratively as part of a healthcare team. Assisted Living, Memory Care, or Long-Term Care experience is a plus but not required. Why Join Us?
