In this vital role, you will provide personalized assistance with daily living activities, monitor client health, and support overall well-being in home and community settings. Responsibilities Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support. Support clients with medication reminders Provide specialized care for individuals with dementia or Alzheimer's disease, including memory care strategies and behavioral management. Assist with household tasks like meal preparation, cleaning, laundry, and maintaining a safe environment to promote overall health and safety in the home environment. Qualifications Valid certification as a CNA or HHA with current state licensure or registration required. Prior experience in nursing homes, assisted living facilities, or home health environments preferred; experience with long-term care is highly valued. Strong communication skills combined with a caring attitude; ability to work independently or as part of a team in home & community settings. Reliable transportation to client homes. Pay:

$16.95 - $19.00 per hour
