Key Qualifications & Experience:

Active, valid CNA license required Demonstrated experience supporting individuals with mobility issues and complex medical needs Comfortable with diaper changes, including safe two-person techniques Skilled with feeding support, including modifying food texture and fluid intake management for swallowing concerns Experience monitoring for triggers such as seizures, responding promptly to changes in the student's health status Familiarity with IEPs, individualized health plans, and medical device use (e.g., blood-oximeters) Able to assist with wheelchair mobility and support safe physical transitions Sensitive to sensory regulation needs and facilitating smooth transitions in new environments Reliable with a collaborative approach, providing coverage when the primary support staff is unavailable

Primary Responsibilities:
