Key Responsibilities:
Provide compassionate personal care, including assistance with bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting Support clients with mobility assistance, including transfers, walking, and positioning to ensure safety and comfort Offer specialized care for clients with dementia, including managing behavioral changes and ensuring a supportive environment Monitor and document clients' health and well-being as requested Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding if necessary Perform light housekeeping tasks to maintain a clean and safe living environment Engage clients in meaningful activities and provide companionship to enhance their emotional well-being Provide transportation to appointments, as well as run errands.
Qualifications:
