As a Night CNA, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to our residents, including assistance with daily living activities, vital signs monitoring, and medication administration. Responsibilities:

Provide direct patient care to our residents, including assistance with bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting Monitor and report changes in residents' conditions to the nursing staff Administer medications and treatments as directed by our licensed nursing staff Assist with vital signs monitoring, including temperature, pulse, and blood pressure Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare team members Participate in resident care conferences and develop individualized care plans Maintain accurate and detailed records of resident care and services

Requirements:

Current certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in the state of Florida High school diploma or equivalent required Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to lift, transfer, and reposition residents safely and efficiently Flexibility to work varied shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
