What Our CNA's & HHA's Do:

• Provide compassionate and personalized care to clients in their homes.
• Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation.
• Offer companionship and emotional support to clients.
• Assist with light housekeeping tasks and medication reminders.
• Communicate effectively with clients, their families, and healthcare professionals.

CNA/HHA DUTIES

• Provide personal care assistance to clients, including bathing, grooming, and dressing
• Assist with mobility and transfers
• Administer medications as directed by healthcare professionals
• Monitor vital signs and report any changes or concerns to the appropriate personnel
• Assist with meal preparation and feeding, including tube feeding if necessary
• Perform light housekeeping tasks to maintain a clean and safe environment
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
• Follow all HIPAA regulations to ensure client privacy and confidentiality
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans CNA/HHA Expected

EXPERIANCE

• Previous experience in hospice care, caregiving, or home care is preferred
• Knowledge of senior care practices and techniques
• Familiarity with tube feeding procedures is a plus
• Ability to provide compassionate and patient-centered care
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
