Position Title:

Certified Nursing Assistant Work Schedule:

Monday-Sunday 36 hrs./wk. Responsible for upholding Treasure Coast Hospice/Model Standards for patient visits and compliant documentation. Clearly understanding and adhering to each Standard. Motivate and lead self with confidence, energy, and integrity. Nurse Assistant must report all concerns about the patient or family to the RN Supervisor. Perform household services to maintain a safe and sanitary environment in the areas of the home used by the patient. Light cleaning and laundering essentials to the comfort and cleanliness of the patient. Perform bed bath sponge tub and/or shower bath.
