The Feet Washers Inc is seeking flexible, compassionate Temporary Personal Support Specialists (CNA/HHA) to join our temporary help staffing pool. Employees in this role will be matched with community employers and deployed to provide crucial non-medical companion care, hands-on assistance with basic daily living activities, and homemaking support.

Worksite Deployment Locations:

While the primary business office and dispatch center is located at 118 N 9th Street, Fort Pierce, FL 34950, this position involves temporary help services matching workers with various community client sites. Caregivers will be deployed to residential homes, group facilities, and community living spaces located anywhere across the state of Florida, specifically concentrated in: St. Lucie County, FL (Port St. Lucie Area) Palm Beach County, FL (Miami-Fort Lauderdale-West Palm Beach Area) Miami-Dade County, FL (Miami-Fort Lauderdale-West Palm Beach Area) Broward County, FL (Miami-Fort Lauderdale-West Palm Beach Area)

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

ADL Assistance:

Deliver hands-on support for activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, personal grooming, feeding, and mobility transfers.

Companion Services:

Provide cognitive and social stimulation, engage in conversational support, and escort clients to local community appointments or grocery errands.

Homemaking Support:

Manage light housekeeping tasks, including kitchen cleanup, sweeping, immediate living area dusting, laundry, and meal preparation.

Site Flexibility:

Maintain operational readiness to transition between various community housing locations and client sites as assigned by agency dispatch. Daily travel is required.

Strict Scope Limitations:

This position is strictly non-medical and non-clinical. Employees will never administer medications, manage wound care, or perform skilled clinical nursing interventions. H-2B Program Assurances (20 CFR Section 655.18): This is a full-time, temporary job opportunity for 118 N 9th Street, Fort Pierce, FL 34950 and geographic areas of deployment across Florida. A single workweek will be used as the standard for computing wages due. Paid weekly. The employer will make all deductions from the worker's paycheck required by law. The employer will provide workers at no charge all tools, supplies, and equipment required to perform the job. The employer guarantees to offer employment for hours equal to at least three-fourths of the workdays in each 12-week period of the total employment period.
