Hopewell In-Home Senior Care is a licensed home health agency. These are just some of the tasks you will be assigned:

• Assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs)
• Assistance with instrumental activities of daily living (IADLs)
• Socialization and companionship
• Transportation (if needed) and errands
• Light housekeeping Each patient has a Plan of Care, made by our Registered Nurses specifically for each individual client, allowing you and your patient to decide how/when each tasks gets done!

Requirements:

• Ability to pass a level II background check and work-related references
• In-person CPR certification
• Reliable transportation with a willingness to travel within the surrounding areas
• Driving License with a Valid Auto Insurance Card
• Cell Phone with
