$16.50-$17.50 per hour (based on credentials and experience) Position Summary As an HHA, CNA, or PCA , you will provide non-skilled, hands-on personal care and companionship to clients in their homes. Working under an individualized care plan, you will help clients maintain their independence, dignity, and quality of life while providing compassionate, dependable support. ResponsibilitiesPersonal Care Assist with bathing, grooming, dressing, and personal hygiene. Provide toileting and incontinence care. Assist with mobility, transfers, positioning, and ambulation. Daily Living Support Prepare meals and assist with feeding when needed. Perform light housekeeping, including laundry, dishes, and general tidying. Provide companionship and emotional support. Health & Safety Provide medication reminders (no medication administration). Observe and promptly report changes in a client's condition. Monitor and document basic vital signs when appropriate and within scope of practice. Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable home environment. Qualifications Must be at least 18 years of age. Active Florida Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license, or Completion of a Home Health Aide (HHA) training program (minimum 75 hours or equivalent). Current CPR certification. Level 2 Background Screening (or willingness to obtain). Valid government-issued ID and authorization to work in the United States. Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus, but not required.
