… Assist residents with dressing, grooming, eating, bathing, positioning, turning, toileting and exercising. Give treatments, performs tests, carries out procedures and collects specimens as instructed. Report and record observations and results of treatments, tests, procedures and specimens when indicated. Transfer, transport and escort residents as needed. Answer signal lights promptly. Change bed linens, make beds and keeps rooms clean and orderly Works as a member of the team.
