Provide Personalized Care:
Assist residents with daily living activities including bathing, grooming, dressing, and meal support—always maintaining dignity and respect.Promote Comfort & Safety:
Observe and report changes in residents' conditions, ensuring their well-being in a safe, nurturing environment.Foster Meaningful Connections:
Build trust and relationships with residents and families to enhance their quality of life.Maintain Cleanliness:
Keep resident rooms and communal areas clean, organized, and hygienic.Ensure Accurate Documentation:
