The ideal candidate will ensure safety, comfort, and well-being while assisting with personal care during the day and monitoring throughout the night. Assist with personal care (bathing, toileting, dressing, grooming) as needed Help with mobility and offer companionship and emotional support Perform light housekeeping (laundry, tidying, meal prep) Maintain accurate care logs and communicate with family or staff Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to stay awake and alert throughout overnight shifts Qualifications & Requirements HHA Certified or CNA License (Florida) Previous caregiving or in home care experience preferred Current

FIRST AID & CPR

certification Current TB (negative PPD results) in the last 6 months Pass criminal record and Level 2 background in AHCA clearinghouse.
