Qualifications:

HHA certificate - 40 hours minimum or CNA license (REQUIRED) Health statement within the last six months (states you're free from communicable disease) Valid driver's license, vehicle insurance, and reliable transportation CPR or BLS Certificate Experience as a Caregiver (Minimum of 1 year) Must be at least 18 years of age Must Pass a Level II Background Check - Applicants must be eligible through the Florida Clearinghouse ( https://info.flclearinghouse.com)
