Responsibilities:
Provide health care services in patient's residence Perform domestic and household tasks Transport and accompany patients to the doctor's office or to the hospital Assist with prescribed medications Assist with client's personal care Monitor and report patient's vital signs, (temperature, respiration, etc.) and report on their condition Maintain patient's care records and document provided services Assist patients with mobility and physical therapies/exercises if needed Meal preparations Provide companionship and basic emotional support
Skills:
Proven working experience as a Home Health Aide/Certified Nursing Assistant Ability to monitor vital signs Familiarity with basic nutrition and personal hygiene standards Proficiency in English Caring and compassionate personality
Requirements:
Valid Driver's License or Photo ID, & or Permanent Resident Card, Employment Authorization Social Security Card HHA Certified or CNA License/Certification CPR - American Heart Association or American Red Cross
HIV/AIDS
certificate Assistance with Self-Administration of Medication Alzheimer certificate Auto insurance
