Responsibilities include:

Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility Answer call lights promptly and provide compassionate care Monitor residents and report changes in condition to the licensed nurse Take and record vital signs, weights, and other assigned observations Assist with meals, hydration, and feeding as needed Maintain accurate documentation in the electronic medical record Help create a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents Work collaboratively with nurses, therapists, and the interdisciplinary care team QualificationsRequired Active Florida Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification Current CPR certification (preferred) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Reliable, compassionate, and team-oriented attitude Preferred Previous Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF), Long-Term Care, or Rehabilitation experience Experience with PointClickCare (PCC) or other electronic medical record systems Schedule Full-Time 3:00 PM-11:00 PM Weekend and holiday rotation as scheduled If you're looking for a career where your compassion is appreciated, your hard work is recognized, and you can make a meaningful impact every day, apply today and become part of the Heather Hill family!
