Requirements:

Active Florida Certified Nursing Assistant Certificate from the Florida Department of Education or Florida Board of Nursing approved program At least one year of home care experience preferred Valid Driver's License or Photo ID for required travel Employer conducts Level 2 background screening with ACHA fingerprints and motor vehicle record check Employer requires that a Physical taken within the past (6) months that states free of all communicable diseases

HIV/AIDS

certificate (minimum 1-hour) Alzheimer's certificate (minimum 3-hours) 2 hours of assistance with self-administration of medication training Current CPR (American Heart Association, American Red Cross, American Safety & Health Institute programs only) If providing transportation employer has other requirements 18 years of age due to hours of work

HHA, 4-8-12
